Pentax K body + Mamiya ZE lens
In theory, the 45.56mm flange focal depth of the Pentax K body would allow mounting Mamiya ZE lenses with a flange focal depth of 45.5mm, but seemingly, there are no simple (0.04mm) adapter rings for them. The possible reason might be that it's simply too thin for a stable mount, additionally, the diaphragm's adjusting lever must be operated externally (only that allows gradual aperture setting), and this doesn't fit the available dimensions.
That's the reason why the only adapters available are wider than should be in theory, and use an additional lens to make up for the "unnecessary" thickness:The Mamiya ZE was introduced in 1980, as a very promising small film system, but unfortunately it has met an early fate.
