Canon EF body + Mamiya 645/Phase One lens
COMPATIBLE MF MA SB
A medium format P6 lens can be mounted on an EF, but...
Medium format systems differ in many aspects from the usual 35 mm ones. Multipliers, focal points, sensor/tape sizes are all different (actually, medium format means larger than 35 mm but smaller than large format, therefore "medium format" doesn't define an exactly defined size).
Medium format lenses can be easily mounted on EF cameras, and some adapters offer extra funcions too. For example, the FotodioX adapter has a built-in diaphragm in addition to the necessary receptacles. Good to know that these optics project a larger image than the APS-C and fullframe ones, therefore you'll have some tradeoff in your crop factor on F bodies (the angle of view will be smaller than the factory specified value of the lens)
Kipon released a lens turbo solution for coupling the two systems. With the help of some extra optics "shrink" the M645 medium format size image to fullframe size, eliminating the crop factor.
